We believe that effective client partnership depends on clear and candid dialogue. We encourage clients to share their expectations and to raise any questions or concerns as they arise. If at any point you are unhappy with the services provided, wish to discuss fees or expenses, or would like to offer feedback on how our support could be improved, please reach out to the partner leading your engagement or, where applicable, your designated relationship partner.

​Individuals who are not clients of the firm but wish to raise a concern relating to Strativate Advisors may contact the Managing Director.

Where a concern cannot be resolved through these channels, the relevant legal notices describe any additional steps that may be available.
Communication
​We routinely communicate with clients and third parties using electronic methods, including email, messaging platforms, text, video conferencing, and digital media, because they are often the most efficient means of communication. While we take reasonable steps to maintain the security of our information systems, no electronic communication method is entirely risk-free. As a result, messages exchanged electronically may, in rare circumstances, be delayed, misdirected, intercepted, corrupted, or fail to be delivered.

For particularly sensitive matters, alternative communication methods may be more appropriate, and in some circumstances it may be prudent to request confirmation that an electronic message has been received. Although we employ safeguards designed to prevent the transmission or receipt of viruses and other malicious software, we cannot provide absolute assurance that such protections will be fully effective in all cases.

If you prefer that we not use a particular form of communication, you must notify the director responsible for your engagement in writing.
